Omega Lifts are available in the following configurations:

1. Ball screw lifts with capacities up to 6000#
2. Cable lifts with capacities up to 2000#
3. Chain hoist lift with capacities up to 5000#
4. Hydraulic piston lifts with capacities up to 4000#

Omega Lifts have an external construction of stainless steel and use the Pharmaseal to allow for safe washdown of the unit.

The Omega Lifts can be designed to work with any type of item ranging from drums, bins, bowls, tanks, mixers and more.

Omega Lifts can be manufactured to use electricity, pneumatics or a combination of the two to power mechanical or hydraulic systems.

Control packages range from completely manual/mechanical controls to fully automated systems.

Omega Lifts are customized to meet your requirements for lift capacity, lift height, and reach.

Ranges of motion:

Omega Lifts (stationary lifts):

1. Vertical lift up to 25'
2. Horizontal (slew) rotation of the column 360 degrees
3. Inversion of the container up to 270 degrees
4. Horizontal telescoping of the tool holding the container up to 2' away from the lifter

Custom Blenders

Omega Blenders are available in several different styles:

1. Drum blenders: from lab-style (1/2 gallon drums and up) to production style (up to 100 gallons) units
2. Bin blenders: from lab-style (5 liters and up) to production style units

Blenders can be manufactured to use electricity, pneumatics or a combination of the two to power mechanical or hydraulic systems.

Blenders are customized to meet your requirements for capacity, blend cycle, loading/unloading needs, power requirements and automation level.

IValve Dosing

Controlled Discharging System for Iris Diaphragm Flow Control Valves

Features / Benefits:

1. Actuation of iris valves where individual valve actuators are not cost-effective or efficient.
2. Eliminates reliance on manual tools to open valves.
3. Eliminates worker direct exposure to the product.
4. Increases worker safety in situations where access to the iris valve requires an operator to climb up a ladder/platform or reach on the ground.
5. Can be installed as an independent discharge station for bins, drums, bulk bags, or retrofitted to existing equipment (lifters, tablet press, bottle fillers, etc.), including integration controls.
6. Can be set to work on a variety of containers and valve sizes in one package.
7. Control packages range from simple powered open/close to fully automated systems with pre-programmed open/close and dosing systems.
8. All contact materials are T-316L stainless steel with a mirrored polish. All non-contact exposed parts are T-304 stainless steel.
9. Control system allows for the repeatability of activities that can be validated.

Standard Packages:

iValve™ Dosing System - basic package:

  • This package includes the powered opening system with a control package of powered open/close that is manually controlled with pushbuttons and joysticks. This system is configured to work on a single size and type of iris valve that is oriented in the same location on each container.

Options:

1. Automatic / pre-program package:

  • This package includes a touch screen and pre-programmed operations that will have the capability for variable speed actuation, metering, recipes, and iValve™ Dosing™.
  • Add-on: data logging

2. Valve vari-orientation package:

  • This package includes a tracking system for locating the orientation of a single size of the iris valve

3. Valve vari-size package:

  • This package includes a powered change-over to allow for a range of valve sizes

4. Loss-in-weight package:

  • This package includes integration with load cells for controlled discharge. This package requires the Automatic/pre-program package to be installed.

Pharmaseal Scrubs ™

Pharmaseal Scrubs ™ (world-wide Pat. Pend.) are disposable and reusable barrier covers for use in Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Laboratory, Food Processing and Warehousing, and other clean/semi-clean operations areas.

The main uses of the Scrubs are three-fold:

1. To keep a clean area safe from a dirty item that is needed to enter into it, for example, a weld gas cylinder in a Pharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing operations room.
2. To keep a clean item from getting contaminated as it travels from one clean area to another, for example, a drum is filled in one area then transported via truck or even just around a facility to an area where it is to be dispensed. The scrub would, in this situation, be put on in one room then removed as it gets to the other room.
3. Validated packaging that has the following features:
4. Made to suit the specific item
5. Tamper-proof seal
6. Built-in material handling aids

Standard units are available for all types of pallet jacks, forklifts, walkie-stackers, all sizes and makes of drums, large and small gas cylinders, carts, dollies, tanks, bins, boxes, and hand trucks.

Custom configurations and sizes are available, including special application items.

Pharmaseal Scrubs ™ also have a variety of options for sealing, and we offer various styles depending on whether you require an industrial-grade unit or a cleanroom unit and if disposable or reusable models are desired.

The standard units come in two different styles:

1. A non-woven Tyvek ®/Typar ® + polyethylene combination for a single disposable use/short term use
2. A woven polypropylene would be reusable for long periods of time, depending on usage.

Each of these styles has three different ways of being sealed:

1. A standard Velcro
2. A high-grade velcro

3. A "zip-lock" style

Depending on the use, we manufacture the units in a semi-clean or clean room environment. Please designate which manufacturing method is needed before ordering.

The materials are also available in an anti-static or anti-microbial material.
