Process Solutions offers turn-key systems for Batch Processing, Material Handling, Chemical Process Systems and Machine Operations.  They are developed and built by our staff in our facility to be integrated into equipment that we are modifying or manufacturing at our site or in the field.

SCADA Systems

Latest Industrial Computers with Windows XP® or NT® operating systems in conjunction with Graphics Packages such as Wonderware®, RS View® or customer specified software.

Machine Controls

Basic semi-automatic or fully automatic control of our own custom and proprietary machines using multi-axis controls integrating Servo and/or VFD Motor Controllers with Programmable Logic Controllers or standard Solid State Relay Logic Controls.  These controls usually are integrated with the pneumatics and hydraulics of the machine operations.

Process Controls

Fully integrated Temperature, Level, Pressure, Motion, and Position Controllers to control and monitor processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive and warehousing applications.  Weighing systems (gain-in-weight, loss-in-weight) are also available.

Hazardous / Explosion-Proof Locations

We accommodate hazardous duty applications with any of our products in several different fashions according to the environment requirements.  Construction of equipment to meet NEC, CSA or IEC codes for Class I & II, Division I & II locations.  We offer alternative construction methods for these situations that include:

1. NEMA 7-9 fully explosion-proof housings and installations

2. Intrinsically safe filed equipment through barriers in safe areas

3. Pneumatic operated equipment including air logic controls

Upgrade of On-site existing systems

We rebuild and upgrade non-Process Solutions controls equipment either by integrating them into our equipment or by building/modifying systems to updated control standards.

IQ and OQ packages are available on all systems we provide  for validation purposes.
